- He was given to the Green Family in 2000 or 2001 by a family friend, as the Green's dog Pie had just died.
- Trigger was extremely unfriendly, biting people if they tried to pet him.
- He was constantly shaking. Kim theorised that he had Parkinson's Disease
- Trigger would often chase the school bus whenever it went by the house
- 2 weeks after the Greens got him, Trigger was hit by a car while chasing the bus, which killed him.
